If you receive a product with a flavor or filling that does not match what is stated on the box (due to a packaging error at the factory),

please contact our admin within 3 days of receiving the product, attaching a video and photos of the product and box. The photos and video must clearly show that the flavor of the product received differs from the flavor actually ordered.
