General information
Fresh garlic, bird's eye chili, ginger, and cilantro root. Use as a dipping sauce for chicken rice, boiled chicken, fish porridge, and blanched fish. Use in stir-fried dishes such as stir-fried vegetables and fish stir-fried with fermented soybean paste, or in steamed dishes such as steamed fish with fermented soybean paste and steamed tofu topped with fermented soybean paste sauce.
